SHIPMENT & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:
Date of shipment or delivery projected at any time prior to the actual shipment is based on our best judgement, and is subject to change. The Shipment Date that is given may be changed by Spectrapure, Inc. on account of circumstance both internally and/or externally that are outside of Spectrapure, Inc.'s reasonable control. Under no circumstances will SpectraPure, Inc. assume responsibility for any damages or claims resulting from delays in delivery or missing deliveries. SpectraPure, Inc. assumes no responsibility for shipping delays experienced by it's 3rd Party Carriers (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.) or their associations. Please contact your selected Carrier directly for any delayed or missing packages.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS $150 OR MORE:
To Qualify for Free Shipping, the Purchaser must live within the Continental United States and have $150 or more worth of products in their shopping cart at the time of checkout. Products will be shipped at the speed selected by SpectraPure, Inc. through one of our chosen carriers (USPS or UPS), and Purchaser agrees to the Shipping Policy and Terms and Conditions set in place by SpectraPure, Inc.
Qualifying items only include the Individual Filters and Membranes listed on the website in the Filters Category that are Standard Sized (10 inch, 90pgd, etc). Filters that are Big Blue or 20 Inch sizes, and Membranes that are 400GPD or greater are not included in the Free Shipping Discount program as they are larger specialty items.
All packages sent by SpectraPure, Inc. are insured for the full amount of the order. SpectraPure, Inc. is not responsible for the speed at which the items are delivered, or any issues USPS, UPS, or their partners may experience once the package has left our warehouse. For all missing and/or damaged packages, please contact your selected shipping carrier.
Important changes to our Policies have been made as of 10/01/2020. Changes will apply to all past, present, and future SpectraPure, Inc. Customers.
RESPONSIBLE PRACTICES:
Customer will (i) familiarize themselves with product literature or information SpectraPure, Inc. provides (also refer to updated materials and references on web site: www.spectrapure.com) (ii) follow safe handling, use, selling, storage, transportation, and disposal practices, including special practices as Customer’s use of the goods require, and instruct its employees, contractors, agents and customers in these practices, and (iii) take appropriate action to avoid spills or other dangers to persons, property or the environment. Customer will indemnify SpectraPure, Inc. for all claims, damages and related costs, including reasonable attorney fees arising out of Customer’s noncompliance with any of its commitments under this paragraph.
