SpectraPure’s Coffee Lovers’ System™ is designed especially for sensitive brewing applications such as espresso, tea or coffee where you want the utmost in taste. Using SpectraPure’s unique Patent Pending Dual-Pass™ Technology, SpectraPure’s Coffee Lovers’ System™ produces deliciously pure water with controlled pH and mineral content at levels especially optimized for perfect brewing and drinking.

SpectraPure’s exclusive Dual-Pass™ Technology purifies and re-mineralizes your water twice to make sure only the freshest and best quality water is used in your brewing application each and every time you turn on the tap. Each system comes with all the hardware needed for installation including fittings, standard adapters, electronic booster pump, electronic permeate pump, installation manual and tubing. The system produces incredible tasting water with minimal waste and low cost maintenance.

There are two types of systems:

• Kiosk or Small Store Systems: Compact Wall mount systems capable of producing over 180 gallons per day. The CLS-180EPP is available in either ten inch (-10) or twenty inch (-20) cartridge (sizing depends on your service demands. Both systems include an integral water boosting pump, electronic permeate pump & commercial instrumentation. The systems and storage tanks are priced separately allowing you to scale the system and tank to your production needs. (We recommend a twenty gallon storage tank for most applications). Also available are the UV sterilization module, and TDS adjustment module which enables the customer to further adjust the taste profile as desired.
  
  
• Whole Store or Restaurant Systems: These are the large workhorse water purification systems.They can either supply 350 or 1000 gallons per day using SpectraPure's unique Dual Pass™ Technology to produce the ultimate taste profile, reduce expensive brewing equipment maintenance costs, all with the lowest cost of ownership of any similar sized system. Each system requires either a 30 gallon or 44 gallon tank. (we recommend the 44 gallon tank). These systems include industrial grade electronic control, auto membrane flush for longevity and low maintenance, and rugged panel mount. These systems require minimally a back washable carbon filter, and for ultimate reliability we recommend a water softener.
  (If the system runs on a chlorinated water source, Pre-Filtration is required for the CLS-350 and CLS-1000. If it is on a well water source please contact us.)
