The Protector Series of Systems come with a 5 micron Carbon Block Filter and up to 3 Water Softening Cartridges. The Carbon Block will remove up to 6,000 gal of chlorine and the Water Softener Cartridge will remove 900 grains of hardness for each Softener Cartridge.
